Safe Route to School
Students who ride their bicycles to school should be familiar with the laws
and safety rules for bicycle operations and practice the rules.
Upon arriving at school, students must WALK their bicycles directly to the racks located
at the side of the school. Bicycles must be locked up inside the bike rack.
Upon leaving at the end of the day, students must WALK bikes directly out of the bicycle parking
area to the sidewalk and continue to walk their bicycles until they leave school property.
We strongly encourage all students who ride a bicycle to wear a helmet.
We cannot be responsible for bicycles left at school overnight.
Effective October 1, 2015, U turns and passing in an active school zone is against the law (NRS 484B.363.) Thank you for driving safely in the school zone!
